Supporting and adding value to for benefit advisors is a top priority here at RxBenefits. When we started our pharmacy benefit-focused content hub three years ago, we saw that benefit advisors needed a place to get thought leadership and the latest information on the industry on their timeline.
Without easy-to-find pharmacy benefits content, benefit advisors can’t communicate to their clients the latest industry changes — and the industry changes frequently. We saw that need and built this pharmacy benefit resource home to help you become a trusted, knowledgeable advisor to your clients.
For our third anniversary, we’ve gathered the top four topics that have mattered to benefit advisors the most over the past three years.
- Webinars: Hearing from pharmacy benefits experts matters the most to benefit advisors. Over the years, live and on-demand webinars have drawn the most interest. You can watch our recent webinars on the Challenges Impacting Hospitals and the State of the Industry in 2023 to catch up on the latest.
- Specialty medications: From the latest drug launches to cost containment strategies, specialty medications have been a top topic for benefit advisors since we launched the content hub.
- Carving out: When it comes to finding the best solution for clients, benefit advisors need to know the ins and outs of carving out. Find all our blogs and eBooks on carving out here.
- COVID-19: Our content hub launched right before lockdowns began, and we’ve served as a hub of COVID-19 pharmacy benefit information from the beginning of the pandemic. Whether it’s the responses to the pandemic from each of our PBM partners or an overview on how diabetes and COVID-19 intertwine, our experts have their eyes on how pharmacy benefits will be impacted.
“We’re always listening to our audience, and we want them to have the best, most up-to-date information for their clients,” said Nick Hogan, Director of Demand Generation at RxBenefits. “Thank you to our benefit advisor partners for making our content hub what it is today.”
We look forward to many more years of providing the information you need. And we would love to hear from you about the topics you’d like to learn more about so we can continue making content that helps you do your job better.
