Michael Thompson is an RxBenefits Board Member and an operating partner at Great Hill Partners. He specializes in strategic differentiation, go-to-market, product management, client success, M&A, and other growth initiatives. Prior to Great Hill, Mike spent 16 years at Nuance Communications, a voice recognition company. As EVP & General Manager, Mike built the Nuance Mobile Division from inception to approximately $400M in revenue. He graduated from Cal Poly in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from Cornell University.
