Founded in 1995, RxBenefits occupies a unique niche in the healthcare benefits industry as a strategic expert on pharmacy benefit procurement and administration. Staffed by veterans of the benefits and pharmacy industries, our firm specializes in advocacy services for consultants on behalf of employers, employees and their covered dependents. With our guidance and specialized expertise, clients maximize the value of their pharmacy benefits, enjoying a significant increase in services and cost savings.

As a proven pharmacy partner, RxBenefits provides all pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) administrative services, ensures contract criteria and performance guarantees are met or exceed requirements, and produces quantitative results on the value of the offerings. Bryan Statham, Chief Executive Officer, RxBenefits

Bryan Statham / Chief Executive Officer

Bryan joined RxBenefits in 2005 to lead business development, drawing upon a successful career in the healthcare and pharmacy benefits industry. His resume includes operational roles at companies such as Complete Health and UnitedHealthCare, where he directed high-level sales and account management teams. His exceptional leadership has produced high performance sales teams across all commercial market segments, including small business, middle market, large group, public sector and government programs.

Cynthia Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, RxBenefits

Cynthia Johnson / Chief Client Officer

Cynthia has been involved in all aspects of the managed care business during her 30-year healthcare career. She has directed sales and account management teams in small, mid-sized and large accounts through the Southeast. In 2007, she joined RxBenefits as Vice President of Account Management and became a managing partner in 2008. Her responsibilities include sales and account management of prescription drug programs, telemedicine physician services and wellness plans. In total, Cynthia supervises accounts generating more than $500 million in annual drug spending.

Robert Gamble, Chief Financial Officer, RxBenefits

Robert joined RxBenefits in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, and brings over 13 years of experience in executive roles at growing healthcare companies. Robert’s experience includes 8 years at HospiScript Services as CFO and President, where he played a critical role in a high-growth pharmacy benefits management business with significant earnings growth and shareholder value creation during his tenure. Robert has also led other private equity backed healthcare companies as CEO of a multi-site healthcare provider and as CFO of a leading medical informatics business. Robert’s depth of experience across multiple growth platforms in Finance, IT, and Operations as well as Sales brings a unique set of skills to the RxBenefits team. Robert holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned his M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Michael J. Romanzo, Chief Strategic Officer, RxBenefits

Michael J. Romanzo, R.Ph. / Chief Strategy Officer

Trained as a pharmacist, Mike brings decades of experience to his role at RxBenefits. Innovative and results-driven, his resume includes P&L management, sales, client management and operations for such companies as CVS, Eckerd Corporation, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., and most recently, Medco Health Services, Inc. At Medco, Mike served in a variety of senior leadership roles, culminating in his position as president of Medco’s Systemed Group, a $5.7 billion division focused on small and mid-sized employers staffed by over 200 employees.

John Walter Parker, Vice President, Business Development, RxBenefits

John Walter Parker / Senior Vice President, Business Development

John Walter’s career has been focused on the healthcare arena, beginning in 1992 in the HMO and medical carrier space. His extensive experience ranges from operating a successful employee benefits consulting firm to leading and directing national business development teams. In his role at RxBenefits, John Walter’s responsibilities include operational functions, as well as leveraging his expertise in the PBM procurement and contracting process to assist consultants and their clients across the country. He joined RxBenefits in 2009.

Kimberly Grebe, Vice President, Account Management, RxBenefits

Kimberley Grebe / Vice President, Account Management

Kim has over two decades of account management experience, with the last 14 years spent in the PBM industry. She has proven success in building strategic partnerships, client integration, implementing cost saving plan design options and overall account maintenance. In her last position at Medco/ExpressScripts, she worked with small and mid-market clients and four of the major consulting firms. Kimberley has a master’s in business administration.

Amy Goss, Vice President, Operations, RxBenefits

Amy Goss / Vice President, Operations

Amy joined RxBenefits in April 2016 as Director of Process Improvement, and was promoted to Vice President of Operations shortly after. She brings over 20 years of experience at growing healthcare and life insurance companies. Amy’s experience includes 10 years at UnitedHealthcare, where she lead Sales Operations, acted as the Pharmacy lead for the Gulf States, and implemented provider portals across the United States. Amy has also led the Human Resource Operation at a large life insurance company where she was responsible for Corporate Employee Benefits, Wellness Programs, and the HR/Payroll technology. Amy holds a B.A. in Business from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
